San Feliciano is very small as a town but served as a good base to travel out and about from. Other towns further along may cater better for tourists looking for a nightlife beyond just local restaurants. We stayed in a villa that was on the outskirts, so catered for ourselves picking up produce from the local markets and supermarkets. In the main town there were a few restaurants and cafes along the lakes edge and it was a very sleepy tranquil place at the time of year we visited end of August early September. It was great if you want to escape the touristy busyness and absorb the natural beauty of the place. The kitchen is well equipped and on very hot days we appreciated having air conditioning. Loved the bowling run and being in the trees. The facility was recently renovated and the rooms are superb, beds are comfortable, everything is spotless clean and you feel like in five star hotel! Our host - Vania was friendly, forthcoming and very helpful. The breakfast in the garden makes a perfect start for a day. There are parking places available on the property.
