It's a good combination between a traditional villa and a modern comfort. The villa is renovated, all the things that you use at a hotel are totally new. At the same time there are a lot of items that keep a history of the place, There is a quiet surroundings, so you can sleep with the windows open. The way to the outlet takes 10 minutes by car. Besides that, a spacious parking inside the territory is a great advantage as well. We sincerely grateful to Givanna for her hospitality and hope to come back again

The assistance provided prior arrival n during the stay by the staff, especially Christine who was very helpful and assisted us in a lot of arrangements. It was very impressive and appreciated as I was travelling with young kids (10 years n 06 years)

Such a clean and beautiful apartment. It was the perfect gate away from the Christmas shopping. Additionally we loved the breakfast at the cozy and Authentic Lasagna. Very organized in the sense that since we did everything electronically, we didn’t have to wait too much at the reception during check in. You get a passcode and you can immediately enter the room.

Well equipped hotel/motel. We stayed for one night during our long travel. Absolutely worth it. They even provide shower gel and shampoo, free water in mini fridge, towels and free wifi. Car is parked right in front of the room on one side. On the other side of the room is a door to the hallway, reception and dining area. Very clever solution

The key collection was easy and fast. Paolo is an accommodating host and we had great communication with him. Also, we had access to private parking which was very useful for us. The apartment is clean, quiet and functional and we wish we could have stayed longer.
