We spent our wedding anniversary here and we couldn’t be happier. We got upgraded to a panoramic room with a beautiful balcony and were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco. Giulia ensured we have a great time and personalized the experience, left cute notes in the room wishing us a happy anniversary and made sure everything was going perfectly. I highly recommend staying at the hotel. The service is exceptional and the location is perfectly central

We had the most amazing stay. The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in and we have exacting standards. From the moment of checking in, the staff were very friendly and helpful and even showed us around. The room was beautiful and the bathroom very modern complete with walk in wardrobe. We would definitely stay again. A real Gem so close to the centre but lovely and quiet. Very highly recommended indeed. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Rome is a phenomenal city to explore and much of it can be done on foot or via the great value Metro system. There is so much history and culture to learn about and restaurants are more than plentiful wherever you are in the city. We did a Rome in a Day Tour, which was excellent but involved a lot of walking. The History of Rome immersive experience was also very good and only lasts around 30 minutes. Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel are a must visit but the queues are long so it's recommended to skip them by using a tour and the same with the Colosseum. Prices were pretty reasonable for a major European city, we probably spent £250 per person per day for everything, including flights, accommodation, tours and food.

Rome is a favorite for us.

Rome is a favorite for us. We enjoy the history and the architecture. The attractions are constantly improving with new venues. Virtual reality helps to visualize what existed . We get around mostly by walking. Piazza Navona location is within walking distance of many sites. Many restaurants on small side streets offer great Roman cuisine. Lots of great pizza and gelato.

Rome is a wonderful city with so many must see sights and fabulous food! It is a very walkable city and the metro is also easy to manage and goes to some of the main sights. There are also plentiful taxis. Important to book to see the primary sights like the Colosseum and the Vatican and Sistine Chapel otherwise there are enormous queues. You can have a delicious lunch at any time of day in one of the many little restaurants around town and we also ate some fabulous dinners in restaurants we found on line with lots of excellent detailed reviews.

To crowded, the traffic is hell, took us 1.5h from the airport to the city center. The metro is poorly connected, only two lines so we had to take the public bus, and get jammed in traffic. Many tourist traps, and we skipped almost every attraction because of the crowd even though we had the tickets bought online. Food and wine are excellent :)

My first trip back to Rome since I was last there in the 1970's so much more congestion and much higher prices, of course. Our original plan was to stay outside the city proper and commute in by train on a daily basis but nagging travel related coughs and colds caused us to just stay in the hotel and recover, and we couldn't have found a better place to do that than here. The Fiumicino Airport is not easy to navigate and rental car access is complicated, plus the traffic is a major issue during the rush hour periods. We were in bumper to bumper, barely moving traffic in a taxi getting from rental car return to the hotel around 5 PM, a trip that took over an hour to go less than 10 miles. Same trip took 10-15 minutes mid-day a few days later.

- lovely staff (Alberto is great, very helpful and nice) - location is close to train station (easy to get to/from airport) and metro (easy to get to/from most attractions in Rome, and the Termini train station if you plan on visiting other cities in Italy), and a short walk to Vatican - breakfast (yes, it is from the nearby La Siciliana cafe, and yes it is 1 croissant and coffee) is the BEST, it's so good we even went there for things other than breakfast

The room was simply gorgeous - soo spacious exceptionally clean and truly 5 stars! It was luxury and the bed the best we had across our 4 weeks in Italy! The location was good - easy to get busses everywhere or walk! The suites are super close to many beautiful restaurants and the lady that welcomed us was delightful. We would stay here again in a heart beat! Oh and the view from our room across Rome was perfect!

A bonus is that if you’re walking in to the city centre, you will walk past the most amazing Gelateria, Guttilla (definitely worth a try!) We will definitely be coming back and staying at Guest’s heaven if we are going back to Rome!

Fantastic, friendly and polite front desk staff. If it weren't for them, the stay would have been miserable. The location is also great. The movie atmosphere of the hotel is quite ok but you lose the atmosphere of Italy and Rome with this.
