We loved this hotel and the staff were exceptional. The room was large, comfortable and well appointed . Spa facilities looked comprehensive and reasonably priced and the use of the lovely pool was a real bonus in the hot weather. Breakfasts and set menu dinners were all very enjoyable. I had such a wonderful stay here. The hospitality was amazing!! everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains, which makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The spa was definitely my favorite part. There’s so much to enjoy, from the jacuzzi to the calming atmosphere, but the massage really stood out—it was one of the best I’ve had, and the lady who gave it was incredibly kind and professional. The room were very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent throughout my stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were exceptionally gracious and made me feel like a valued guest from the very first moment. Their warm welcome and genuine care set the tone for the whole experience. A special thanks as well to the restaurant manager, whose kindness and attentiveness made every meal feel special—he went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and added a personal touch that I truly appreciated. I did encounter a small issue during my visit, but the management handled it immediately and provided a thoughtful solution that left me completely satisfied.😊 Overall, this hotel is a beautiful, peaceful retreat with outstanding service and wonderful people. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature. ⛰️🌲🌳

The breakfast is very good, and there are home-made sweets. The rooms are comfortable, and nice. Also the staff is very helpful, and kind. We came from Hungary, and hotel staff spoke to us in Hungarian, as she (Julia) knew Hungarian. Also her home made sweets were very good. And we could easily exchange our room that was too noisy to a more quiet one, so they handled quickly and easily our problems.

The hotel was in a peaceful location along the main strip of road right next to the river. The staff made sure everything was taken care of - the toilet wasn't working properly in the first room I was given so they switched my room and gave me a free breakfast to make up for it. The breakfast was lovely and worth hanging around for.

I stayed for 2 nights in a double room (single occupancy). Clean and comfortable, decent wifi. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, quiet and well maintained. Pool was clean, free on-site parking was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again. The Manageress is particularly friendly and helpful.

Very nice location with huge garden and pool. The room is big enough for an family with kids. Good breakfast with all content what is needed. Free parking aside the hotel. Very nice people and assistance for us.
