Loved the location .The Staff was very helpful and kind. They let us store our luggage for free on the check out day! They gave us a map of the city and guest pass ,that allowed to travel(bus-trrains) in Sud-Tirol for free during our stay and visit the museums in Bolzano! Really clean bedroom and full breakfast !

Fantastic hotel- large modern rooms, excellent breakfast,very helpful staff great location for visiting bolzano,close to restaurants and shopping and also 5 minutes walk from the cable car to mount Ritten Renon. We used it also as a base for hiking in vall gardena which is 50 minutes by car

Beautiful hotel, everything is brand new (the hotel was only open 2 weeks when we stayed). Every aspect of the design and layout has had a lot of thought put into it. The restaurant is worth a visit but consider pre-booking as it is very busy.

The castle grounds and facility were beautiful, as was the view. The rooms were huge and castle decor incorporated original antiques which added to the authenticity of the castle experience. The staff were genuinely friendly as well as incredibly helpful and attentive. The restaurant was excellent. All in all a wonderful experience and I will definitely go back for subsequent visits.
