A beautiful (small) village, with wonderful bars & restaurants plus an extensive medieval castle, definitely worth a visit, and easily walkable, although a bit of a climb to the castle. They also have huge festivals (completely filling the market square) which are very popular. We had a great time at Marostica.
We had a great time at Marostica. The city organized lots of events for Christmas and New Year's Eve, including fireworks, lights, it was amazing. It's close to other cities like Bassano del Grappa, Cittadella and Vicenza. The partita dei scacchi was so entertaining. I would go again. Day trips to Verona and Vicenza were perfect. We had a wonderful dinner at L’una e L’altra. The weekly market was on Tuesday and just a great slice of Italian life. We bought fixings for a fantastic picnic and a home made salami that was to die for.Guest review byAnonymous

The hosts and their family were extremely helpful in guiding our son throughout the property and handing over the keys in readiness for our arrival, due to our flight arriving late into Venice.
