Beautiful property, very friendly stuff. Pet-friendly :) The restaurant on site absolutely amazing! And so is their olive oil you can buy at the reception. Great location if you want to visit different “mandatory” stops in Tuscany.

Very nice and quiet renovated house in the historic centre of Gambassi. Nice kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. One of the best options for people who walk the Francigena, which is only 20 mtrs away. Close to everything you need.

Very friendly host, Enrico helped us with everything. We liked the location, near to the famous places but in a very calm surrounding. The weather was bit cool and rainy so we could not use the pool but it was really nice! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, smelled always nice. Free parking. Grazie mille Enrico :)

We had a fantastic stay at the property. We were the first guests and were so happy to have made the booking. The house was large (we were 9 in total and had more than. Enough space for all), beautiful, super clean, very well equipped and comfortable. The outdoor dinning area was beautiful and the highlight was the pool with amazing views. I can’t cover all good things about the house in one review. You have to stay here to experience it. The property manager, Selma, was always available and helped answer all our questions. It was an amazing stay and we can’t wait to be back one day. Thank you so much.

Fabulous stay - the team were great, we had issues with our flight on arrival day and they went out of their way to ensure we got keys despite late arrival. Really quick communication via whatsapp. Apartment was big with comfy beds...bed quality is something we have found to be an issue at other properties in the area. The shutters were alsp blackout which was important for us with small kids that wake as soon as the sun comes up. Kitchen had all of the facilities. Very peaceful and safe area. If you like walking, there is a path up the main road to Gambassi which is 3-4km away where there are lots of shops and restaurants. You can also work to two restaurants about 1.5km away. It was too cold for the pool to be open and we didnt use any of the other amenities such as wine tasting, but they looked excellent. Despite it being cold end March, there was lots of green space for the kids to run around.

    Cute little spot, we only stayed there for one evening on our way down to Val D'Orcia from Pisa Airport. The town itself is lovely, we came on a Thursday evening and wandered into the village for a pizza at Happy Days which was great and so tasty, the staff were also lovely. There was also some great karaoke going on at one of the bars which seemed to be locals and some tourists enjoying their evening. It was lovely! Definitely recommend visiting here, there seemed to be lots more lovely restaurants too.

    It's a great area, lovely countryside and two nearby very good restaurants. Is near Castelfiorentino which has good train connections to Florence and Sienna. You need a car if you are staying as we were a few Km outside a town. Taxis are hard to find.

    The location, the facilities, the comfort and quiet of a beautiful country side away from chaotic cities and large villages. We ate all around and visited historic places within about a 30- 40 minute drive including glass factory, wineries, restaurants, galleries and San Gimignano. Highly recommend you have a car. Roads are pretty good and I soon got use to driving on the opposite side which was my biggest concern as an Australian driver. I highly recommend this area and would be happy to stay again.

    Everything was lovely, very nice breakfast, very clean rooms and everywhere else, very helpful staff that couldn’t do enough for you, beautiful location,lovely swimming pool, everything that you need to relax and have a break. The location is close to many beautiful little towns that I would advise to visit as they are perfect for a lovely day out but ideally you need the car there to do this.

    Our stay at a charming hotel in a medieval Tuscan village was like magic, with panoramic views over fields and terracotta rooftops. The beautifully restored house, complete with antique wooden beams, felt like stepping back in time. Our host greeted us with genuine warmth. He was very supportive and friendly. The place fully immersed us in the authentic spirit of old Tuscany. Hotel is close to San Gimignano and 10 min drive from train station Castelfiorentino. The local café is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the evening.
