I loved everything from my arrival to departure ! I rarely give reviews, but I truly believe this hotel deserve a great review ! The place was so clean and the building itself is speechless ! I also booked myself a regular room, but got upgraded (without even asking) to a suite. This truly means that they care about their customer and don’t hesitate to give them the best room available to them ! It was only 8 minutes from the train station which was great ! It was around 25 minutes to Piazza San Marco, but the walk is worth it ! Also, their restaurant is great ! The quality of the food and meal is above expectations. I will, for sure, go back there if I travel to Venice Again ! The staff are so helpful and really want to make sure you have a pleasant stay!

Staff is friendly, know their languages and had useful and practical information that made our stay better. The rooms are well accommodated, clean and spacey. Hotel is located slightly away from all tourist activity, but in a neighborhood that is lively in the evening with a lot of bars and restaurants close by.

This property is exceptionally beautiful, clean, impressive. Everywhere you go, there is a very pleasant smell, unique design, the personnel is very helpful. Food is delicious. Breakfasts are impressive, everything is super tasty and there is a big choice. Definitely coming back if there is an opportunity.
