Fantastic design luxury hotel, the modern twist in an old beautiful building is stunning. We had the junior suite looking over the canal and the fresco on the ceiling did make the difference. Great breakfast and very helpful staff, we enjoyed the sauna too

It's a big, modern, very clean hotel. Its location is great, only 20 mins to Venice, plus they offer a shuttle for direct tarnsfer to Venice. We were upgraded for free for a very big room/appartment and it was a truly great experience.

The hotel was perfectly located for our needs. A quick 5 minute walk from the first water taxi stop from the airport into historic Venice and a 5 minute walk to the Jewish Ghetto with easy walk to the rest of Venice. The area was quiet, the staff consistently friendly and helpful and the rooms very nicely sized and comfortable.
