We absolutely loved Borgo Petroro for many reasons - it's fabulous location in the middle of the beautiful, quiet Umbrian countryside, it's amazing historical and clean visual appeal, the relaxing garden and other lovely areas to sit, the bikes to hire for a wonderful safe ride with amazing views, the great breakfast with plenty of variety, the castle cat, our enormous suite, the most enjoyable evening meals and the very attentive, friendly restaurant manager Mansour!!

This place is very beautiful! We would even like to stay for longer. Pool is beautiful. Assigned sun beds. Stunning views from the room and by the pool. Good variety of food for breakfast (you need to order from them staff to get more options). Delicious dinner. Staff very friendly and helpful. We also booked wine tasting as they have their own winery which we totally recommend. Room was specious and clean. Short drive to Todi.

The farmhouse is old, authentic, and full of charm. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, and the new pool offers a breathtaking view. Our room was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts, Luis and Federico, are a wonderful couple – kind, warm, and attentive. The service was outstanding. 1. hospitality, it was what it makes perfect and comfy stay. they are more than kind, willing to sort out our needs. It was the greatest. Especially, the madam and gentleman, the chief chef was amazing, kind. the chef even came to the table and explain to us how to make the food and asked us what it taste like. So soulful food and hospitality! 2. facility, it is like 5 star hotel grade. super clean, netflix, other film platforms was ready. particularly I loved the bed and pillow. It was super cozy! 3. Food, it was beyond my expectation. I tried expensive cuisine in cities, but dinner here was much better than what is popular in downtown. relaxed, comfy. overall, whatever you expect, it is more & better than what you think! Strongly recommended!!
