Arianna is a fantastic host, she waited for us for check in despite our late arrival, and prepared the awesome breakfast spread for us each morning. The parking garage is also a great bonus. Our first night was un-bearable, so we decided to leave and give up any money lost. The manager wanted to speak to us, after we explained he arranged for us to move to their other hotel The Park Diamant just along the road in Campitello ( quieter town), excellent room, great staff, good breakfast.
