We were welcomed by such a warm and kind family — and their adorable, sweet, and well-behaved dog. The house is newly renovated and the apartment is absolutely fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom sparkles with cleanliness, and the bedroom smells fresh thanks to the soft, fragrant bedding — a true feast for the senses and soul. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops just around the corner. We truly regret that our stay was so short... and sincerely hope for at least one more visit in the future. I had an amazing time here! The accommodation was absolutely exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. Everything was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had a luxurious feel. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant was another highlight — the traditional dishes were incredibly tasty, fresh, and beautifully presented. A real culinary experience that added so much value to my trip. This place is a real gem and I would recommend it without hesitation. I will definitely come back!

Loved how the owner transformed an old building into a beautiful modern hotel. Our room was comfortable with a king sized bed and comfy pillows and duvets. A small fridge and safe were tucked into a counter and lights automatically went off when you took your key card and left. The rainwater shower was very nice and the towels were thicker than provided in many hotels. I especially love their attention to recycling and sustainability. There were recycling bins separating plastics and bottles, paper and garbage on every floor. They are truly an Eco Hotel, encouraging guests to think about their environmental footprint. The yummy breakfast provided everything one would want - both hot and cold and items were replenished often. Thanks to the kitchen staff. And finally, Arora, at reception, suggested two restaurants for us to try for dinner and they were both excellent. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area .

This place is perfectly located in Tirano close to the Bernina Express station which we took to Switzerland. We only stayed one night and wished we stayed longer as Tirano is a lovely quiet spot . Everything was extremely clean and check-in and out was fast and efficient.

Room in a historical building. In fact, all this little town breaths history by every single stone. Very clean and warm. Hosts very kind, they waited for us and also facilitated a reservation for dinner to a nearby restaurant, despite of the late hour. Breakfast to the hotel was very tasteful and various. Free and easy public parking at a short walking distance. Best choice to explore the area and less than half an hour driving to Tirano, for Bernina Express.

An old house, in a small town, refurbished very recently with great quality, attention to detail and functionality. The beds and bed linens are very comfortable, large bathroom with good water pressure, a number of modern automations (ventilation, climate control, access), nespresso coffee machine and soft drinks. A top place to stay. The location is uphill and away from attractions, but for us, as bikers, it was perfect. A great restaurant nearby with delicious food. It was perfect.
