The location is the quintessential magical Tuscan scene with rolling hills and cypress tree lined drives. The apartment we stayed in was well stocked, clean and comfortable for a 9 night stay. It is a 10 minute drive to the town of Asciano where there is a Coop, petrol station, cafes, restaurants and shops. The location is very centrally and there are good parking possibilities next to it. The handover of the keys was very easy and without any issues.
