I was staying in Alessandria as a base to attend a wedding...
I was staying in Alessandria as a base to attend a wedding in a nearby town, so did not really do justice to visit all the possible sights. It seems a city with much cultural heritage including the cathedral and many churches. I had a great pizza meal at Ricci Le Nostre Pizza which was good value and I enjoyed it so much I went back there on my last night. The apartment was spacious enough for our group of friends and had all the amenities we needed. We were also provided with coffee, tea and some snacks in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and Lorenzo was very helpful in giving us tips for Alessandria and Portofino. He also prepared the bikes for us for free to do a bike trip around la Fiscala.
