Plenty wonderful places to visit and things to do. About favourite place it was hard to pick one. I was eating dinners at UMI hotel they have an excellent quality dinners. Rooms are ok , with enough space, a small table and a chair, a small sink and a wardrobe. Just breathtaking waterfalls.
Just breathtaking waterfalls. Plan some more time and hike the trail further towards the top. Self check-in is convenient. Good selection of breakfast. Free coffee and chocolate from the Lavazza machine is a bonus. The location is great. Not too far from Skogafoss and not too close when the waterfall is crowded with tourists. The hotel in general exceeded our expectations whether it was the games and books in common areas to the exceptional food in the restaurant. The hotel is also a close walk to the black sand beach with a short 10/15 min walk.
