Location was great. The hotel is run by a family. During our stay an orange alert was announced due to bad weather conditions. We were stuck in the hotel and the family was so kind they gave all the information for choosing a safe travel plan and they let us stay almost till the end of the day. The cottage was super nice. The pick-up was easy at the reception of the guesthouse (and there was the possibility to get dinner and breakfast there as well). The location was great. Quiet with a great view of a waterfall/the mountains and just 10 minutes drive away from the Glaciar Lagoon and Diamond Beach.
