I'm solo traveler, so basically I search for more safer places and this one is one of the well- being place I had found. The owner and staff's was really very nice, you can get any sort of things that are in need for urgent. Especially This service is available for 24hrs. That's it I have to say, it's a better environment and hygienic rooms for couples, Solo travelers, family and friends.

Everything about this place was awesome! A special mention to Mr. Srinivas, the manager who made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He made sure we had a memorable stay in every way possible(be it trip suggestions, to helping us with transport, to making sure we reached the bus stop safe and sound- everything was taken care of wonderfully well!) Almost forgot to mention the yummy breakfast buffet every day- great variety and taste!

I can't rate Maison Perumal highly enough! The building is beautiful, and our room was wonderful, large, very comfortable, with black-out curtains, and facing into a quiet courtyard filled with plants. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and helped us to organise activities and trips. We participated in a cooking demonstration which was fantastic - and breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were delicious. Thank you!

First of all, I’ve got to thank myself for finding and booking such a great stay! The place is right in the heart of the city, with all the main tourist spots just 3 to 5 km away. Loads of restaurants nearby too, so food was never a problem. The staff were super kind and helpful from start to finish. They even helped us with boat booking. Fun part — I had accidentally booked a smaller room, and when they saw I had a kid with me, they immediately gave us a bigger, spacious room without me even asking. Such a sweet gesture! The room was clean, neat, and felt just like home. Everything from the AC to the hot water worked perfectly. Honestly, I had a wonderful time at The Plaza and I’ll definitely book this place again whenever I visit Pondy next. Thank you for everything! 🙏✨
