First of all the room was very small in size as per the rate of the room per day was 2000( 1800+ taxes)....the AC of the room was unable to cool the room..... window AC controls were not working..... mosquitoes and cockroach are all over the place.... couldn't sleep comfortably whole night during the stay,due to mosquito bites.....asked mosquito spray to the staff that was also not available,how could be it more bad then this....the drainage system was not properly fixed in the bathroom.....water kept running from the drainage system to our feet..... that's disgusting 😞......hotel staff took breakfast order then forgot about the order and deliver it at time.....due to which we were late. Overall very bad experience which lead to disgusting experience and I want refund for the stay from Booking.com to provide this horrible experience . Or else would reconsider myself to book hotels from Booking.com. Would inform others to not book hotels from Booking.com to relatives, friends clients and business partners.
