Adu's place, and his wonderful wife, really stands out among the guest houses in Lela. It is spacious, well maintained and clean. The staff is dedicated and willing to help. Some rooms have a balcony. A large garden overlooks a wonderful mountain view. What more can you ask for?

This is a good hotel with all necessary facilities. I spent only one night there and was not able to evaluate the breakfast, but all other things were ok. The location is bout ten minutes from the central streets (Market etc). When I came, they allowed me to choose one of the two rooms. The first was on the ground floor and had a view on high mountains, but I chose the second, with a balcony and without such a view. I left the hotel very early in the morning - and there were no problems with that (even though the person responsible for that had to wake up). The territory of the hotel is flowery, clean and green and has several chairs where one can have a rest.

He was always available, proactive, and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. His attention to detail is remarkable. He remembered our preferences, offered thoughtful suggestions for local attractions and dining, and handled every request with a smile and incredible efficiency. It’s clear that Antony's leadership inspires his whole team. The service staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, were all consistently excellent. They were always polite, helpful, and eager to assist. We stayed in off season (February) for 5 nights and it was an amazing 5 star resort experience. Staff was exceptionally friendly polite, sympathetic and helpful. The Tsas restaurant is outstanding and the complimentary 5 star - Ladakhi curated breakfast is an experience we never had before. The area is peaceful and we also used the well maintained complimentary spa and sauna area. The massage treatment was very helpful for my wife with a tense back. Feedback for the rooms: The air here in Ladakh is quite dry, therefore a humidifier in the villas might help the guests adjusting. The sofa area can be quite cold in winter so either sealed doors or additional heating near the sofa would be more comfortable. Thr upstairs bedroom and bathroom was very comfortable and warm.
