In my experience, this hotel is just overrated.
In my experience, this hotel is just overrated. If you are not booking the exact "River View Balcony" room, it’s not worth the value for money. The check-in procedures were slow, taking around 25 minutes. Additionally, the photos on their Booking.com listing are not representative of the actual rooms, which was disappointing. The stay overall was just okay. I would rate it as a 3-star facility and quality hotel. While the rooms look new due to recent construction, they were not very clean and had a strong smell of room cleaner chemicals, which was unpleasant. Another issue is with their menus and pricing. They do not display GST or net amounts, especially on the restaurant menu. This feels like a hidden trick, almost a scam, and left a bad impression. The only positive aspect was the staff—they were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience slightly better.
