The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The balcony offered a beautiful garden and sea view, which was both overwhelming and incredibly relaxing. The peaceful surroundings and well-furnished room made our stay very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. Room service was also prompt and satisfactory.

The behaviour of one staff was horrible.My room was booked at h8ghest bracket slab,but still till he was following me every place for deposit for some addition.This is pathetic from a 5 star resor.If a person can pay 19000 upfront he will also place for the remaining also,no need to follow him everywhere

Gopalpore is quite apart from the India of cultural spectacles (temples, performances) and foodie jaunts. The energy comes from the rhythms of the ocean. It is vast and kind. Gopalpore asks you to get into the water and sun, gives you an appetite for simple local fare and let’s you see locals doing their holiday, fishing or village routine. They let you get on with your holiday, which is enjoying the scale and the tranquil pristine side of the Bay of Bengal.

Considering the distance of Gopalpur from Bhubaneshwar and the properties around I would not be in favour of going back. The beach near Swosti was good and less crowded, it was just next to Mayfair Gopalpur. The only good property in Gopalpur is Mayfair so its kind of monopoly and pretty high on the prices. The other properties are all average and very limited. So though the beach is better than Puri, the properties are not. It is in close proximity to Behrampur if you want to explore some good local food options.
