The staff were exceptional. Prerna was messaging before I reached to let me know that if I had any needs she could take care of them. We stayed for a birthday celebration and they ensured that we had an amazing time. Even at the buffet breakfast the staff are asking what you would like, they will get anything you need for you and have it made fresh and brought directly to your table. The hospitality was very good.

Everything is great about this hotel! It is a real experience! The staff is extremely attentive and kind, the services offered are exceptional. I had the room with breakfast and dinner included... I recommend you take this package... Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style and offer an incredible culinary experience! The food is extremely diverse and delights your senses, as are the desserts... You can find anything you want and something can be prepared for you on the spot if you want (eg omelette, paratta, etc). The pool is amazing, you are given water and a towel when you get there. We were also offered late check out (4pm) at no cost. Words are redundant.... This hotel is a 'MUST'!!!!!

Hotel Naaz Executive goes out of the way to ensure that the guests are really comfortable. As the staff says, "we support family" and they live by it. During the day long stay, hotel staff ensured that we have the best stay experiences by ensuring the breakfast is delivered on time. Taxi ride from Bandra station to the hotel was very comfortable and arranged by the hotel on request to ensure that my family doesn't suffer at all looking for taxi with bags to take care. Vicinity to Pheonix Shopping Mall is an added feature.

Mumbai is a vibrant and bustling city, at times claustrophobic and not for the faint hearted. However, it is well a worth a visit and a unique experience. Fort in particular is a lovely area. It's easy to get by on the metro, with a new line being added that goes from the airport to the centre. Otherwise, uber is your best bet for an affordable taxi. The city is very loud and busy and there is not really a quieter area. But this is all part of the charm! We liked eating at anna idli and 100% veg thali restaurants. We also went to aram for a vada pav - must try in Mumbai!

The location is awesome! The food is delicious & the services are delightful. I must say we had the best Fish & Chips in this part of the world. And to top it all, this is probably the only 5 star hotel in entire Mumbai which still maintains a temperature controlled swimming pool.
