He are a family of 4 and we had a great experience. The owner brought for us a crib for our baby. Everything we needed we just contacted the owner and he took care of it. The view is gorgeous! We’ll definitely book there again on our next time in Israel!

At my request I was given a quiet room. It was quite large especially for Israel with full amenities including great bed, TV, work desk, , coffee maker, large bathroom with deep tub, safe etc. Included in the price was access to a great gym Holmes Place. I also was given access to the business lounge open in evening with food and drinks. As it was shabat rather than a regular 12 pm checkout on Saturday I was given until 7 pm at no extra charge

I arrived super late because my flight home got cancelled and the man at the front desk was really nice and understanding and helpful. The room was huge and very comfortable. The views were beautiful and it's right in the city center. I would go back without a doubt.

the hotel is clean and comfortable with a very welcoming air. the staff at reception are amazing. Everyone spoke impeccable English. Every person we encountered was amazingly helpful. Wr came for a family wedding and my mom got very sick and was hospitalized at Sheba Medical Center. The location was perfect. I could walk when traffic was bad. And the hotel was such a welcome respite from the hospital at the end of the day. We will be back though hopefully under different circumstances when we can enjoy the fantastic gym, fitness classes and pool.

was a very comfortable stay, the staff were friendly and the check-in and out were smooth. special complements to Diana from the reception that made an effort to help with finding things around as well as general hotel things even at late hours with much patience.
