Castlepollard is situated in the countryside, right in line...

Castlepollard is situated in the countryside, right in line with nature and full advantage of the location utilized. The environment is quiet, The rooms are quiet and you can hear the birds singing in the early hours of the morning. The staffs are super nice and very helpful and went the extra mile to help visit comfortable. All information is carefully and clearly passed. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and laid out, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast room is spacious with dining chairs and a table. Just make sure you hire a car and you're up for the best relaxing time of your life.

Very warm welcome from Peggy. Lovely welcome pack which included milk, brown bread and fruit. Location was peaceful and quiet. Very comfortable accommodation with a little kitchenette which was very well equipped including a cooker. Very nice quiet roads for walking on . A short drive to Cadtlepollard which has a very pleasant hotel serving very nice food.

I was only passing through and staying for one night. Quiet area not far from Castlepollard and Fore Abbey. The place is secure and spotlessly clean. Great to have a kitchen option. Good selection of breakfast food. Friendly welcome from Brigette. Comfortable room. I had a fantastic sleep. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area

I have stayed in 4 star hotels that weren't as impressive and comfortable as Lir Lodge. Everything was perfect, bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom were spotless and beautifully furnished and the adjacent fully stocked kitchen are was wonderful. I would definitely recommend and will plan to stay there again.
