The resort is perfectly clean and the cleaning personnel refills your water bottles in the room each time you’ve emptied them…in my case 3 times per day. Also the restaurante is top! Breakfast buffet is offering a very broad choice and for dinner you can order Indonesian and international food. The quality of the food is really very very good! The personnel in general is exceptional friendly and always willing to help you. Also the Spa treatment I can recommend :).

I had a wonderful stay at Katamaran Hotel. Everything was excellent – from the comfortable accommodation to the beautiful surroundings. The Villas are stunning, both in their style, design (as the name suggests, everything is made from Bamboo), and the views. Very comfortable accommodation, excellent service and breakfasts with very good choices.

The Seraya Resort Komodo is a barefoot luxury resort and is ideal for digital detox, and we do not provide TVs or have Internet access available in the resort.

The hotel was stunning, staff were super friendly and helpful, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel. It was conveniently close to the airport (with free transfer!) and only a short grab ride away from the main strip. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back!

Best in everything just staff at restaurant is ineffective and not smiling face like someone is forcing them to work , I hope management will look at this end
