The villa was beautiful and traditional style, and the outdoor bathroom felt very luxurious (not sure if all rooms have one so worth checking when you book if you want one). Location was handy for the airport, and the garden was a beautiful spot for a relaxing breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including helping me arrange a last-minute taxi from the airport despite it being later in the evening.

The rooms were the best we’ve had since travelling Indonesia! So handy having a kitchenette and an added bonus with the water filter for the room. Shower was always hot as most places it runs out quickly. Staff were super friendly, accommodating and helpful with all aspects of our stay, especially Pia! She was so warm and welcoming and helped us with renting a car and laundry. Location was brilliant with a short walk to restaurants/gym! Would defo come back to stay.

Amazing spacious room, bathroom and pool area. All facilities are well maintained and cleaned daily. Great breakfast. Helpful staff who kindly arranged transfers for us, laundry service and scooter rental. Would definitely stay here again.

I literally fell in love with this hotel. Every single corner is carefully curated and building/furniture is super well maintained. We found every single item in the room perfectly cleaned. No insects in the room. Area is very quiet and peaceful which we loved. Perfect spot to work remotely. Pool area was very comfy and you can see all guests spending time every day at the sun beds. But if I can highlight something is the lovely staff. Super friendly. They make you feel very welcomed and taken care of. If I come back to Bali I will 100% make sure to spend days in Lombok just to stay at this hotel again.

Jati Kuta Lombok is very well located at the center of Kuta less than two minutes away of the main street. The breakfast can be chosen from a menu every day and is delicious. The room is very clean (and cleaned every day) and the private pool is a must have in Lombok. All employees are giving a 100% for your stay to be perfect.
