It was an exceptional warmth, smile, polite, friendly, courteous all the staff, with our maximum interactions with front office staff. The location in the south Jakarta is great with Metro line just across the road and the biggest mall of the area is part of this hotel. The food was very exceptional. The breakfast was a worthy inclusion to the booking. I dont usually avail the breakfast in hotels but I enjoyed the different food options in this hotel. It is also near Block M with several food options and convenience stores at walking distance. The hotel staff were also very accommodating. They provided my requests including flat iron and board and assistance with my multiple luggages. They also willingly allowed me to leave my big luggage for 3 days because I went to a quick trip to Bali then returned and stayed for another night to also have some meetings with ASEAN agencies Jakarta before flying back to the Philippines. I will consider booking this place again when I return to Jakarta.

The view was good. Outdoor sitting all over was great Housekeeping is amazing They have great promotions everyday but they are gone unnoticed sometimes. Zulfikar at the pool area, Devi at the reception was very helpful

I loved everything about Lamandau. I traveled for business, and it got me energized for the day’s work! The room size was and unexpected treat. Lamandau’s location is a wonderful introduction to city life in Indonesia. First time in Jakarta, and definitely coming back, and staying here again!

I really Enjoy Staying at aloft hotels 3D2N & really pleasant. This hotel is considered new (roughly 2 years based on Aunt LiLy GM at this hotel). Of course there is some room for the improvement like the maintenance of the room(wallpaper near window is spoiled little bit), the room smells musty, and last but not least, lack of soundproof little bit (i stay in room 919). The location of the hotel to find many dishes in south jakarta is considered good. The comfort of their pillow and their bed is superb and the water pressure is really good. The restaurant during our breakfast is superb and I love the original foods from Indonesian Chinese like kwetiau ala tumeric?is delicious.
