The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms and amenities first class. Access to the private little beach was a bonus. The restaurant and bar were very comfortable and the food was lovely. Great breakfast!

Furnished with cozy sofas, chairs, and umbrellas, it was the perfect spot to relax for hours, watching the pool melt seamlessly into the sea. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Mary, Luca, Dino—and everyone else on staff—embody the art of genuine care and service. We especially want to highlight the remarkable culinary journey Dino curated for us. As vegetarians with slightly selective tastes, dining out can be a challenge. Yet each evening, Dino crafted delightful surprise dishes based on just a few clues about our preferences. Mary’s expert wine pairings added another layer of magic to every meal. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Valsabbion and are already looking forward to our next visit.

A very special place! We were among the first guests and the team, though new, was very attentive and friendly. Our room in the new building was spacious with excellent beds and pillows. Breakfast was lovely, the restaurant good, and the seaside loungers were more than enough during our stay. Great potential and already a very comfortable, welcoming spot!
