Staff was very attentive and friendly. They gave excellent advice about navigation around the park for the amount of time we had to spend. Food was delicious, especially the trout! The bed was super comfy! The cottage is within short walking distance to the entrance and big waterfall. Thank you Jasminka and team!

It was definetely a great surprise. We didn´t expect to find such a cozy and comfortable room and facilities in this location. Very charming and comfortable room. Pretty modern, once we did checkin online and everything worked smoothly. Staff also very kind and location perfect, once it is walking distance to park entrance.

A lovely place to stay managed by a family. You will feel like part of the family, advices, always a nice word for us or for our kid, a lovely terrace with the river in front of the house. Really close to an hidden entry gate of Plitvica Lake. Dinner is not included but really worth the price, cooked with love, best zucchini soup ever !

We arrived for 1 day with two dogs. It was fantastic. Quiet location with parking. The room was very well equipped, very clean. With nice view. The staff were also excellent and helpful.The location was a plus, Plitvice lakes were a few minutes walk away. There was a restaurant on site with delicious food. If we go again we will definitely stay here.

We loved everything about this place. Great location if you would like to avoid crowds on entrance 1 and 2. Everything else it is difficult to describe, you just have to experience it. Huge thanks to Karlo and the entire family for the amazing hospitality. We cannot wait to come back.

Very clean and comfortable room. The host was outstandingly kind: we had flight issues and she was still very flexible. The breakfast was simple but complete: bread, cereals, vegetables, charcuterie and cheese. We can only recommend this hidden gem!

    The B&B Plitvica Hill was great.

    The B&B Plitvica Hill was great. The owner was there to answer any questions and help you get settled in. The room are all new and very well set up. The beds were great. My wife and I would sleep to much.

    Really unique & beautiful interlinked lakes, the whole area...

    Really unique & beautiful interlinked lakes, the whole area was gorgeous. Entrance 3 is a secluded and easy entrance to use with parking around there. We went at 3:30 pm and it was perfect, fewer people. It took us 3-3.5 hrs to leisurely walk around the lake, take the boat and the bus back. Its worth it to spend the night in the area to visit the lakes in the afternoon or morning. There is place to eat & drink near the boat area, which was reasonable.

    This is a wonderful place to stay if you want to visit Plitvice Falls. It’s a short walk to entrance 3. Jasmine, the hostess was amazing. She gave us all the information we needed to tour the park and try to avoid crowds as much as possible. Added bonus the breakfast and dinner were fantastic. If I was an owner of inn, I’d want a manager just like Jasmine. She went above and beyond.

    Lakes and water falls were very unusual and visually stunning. Price of entry is high 150 euro for 5 including 2 kids. Have been to see many other fantastic areas in other countries and usually entry is free or much less. Glad I visited the lakes but would not go back again. Once is enough

    It's the best place if you want to walk Plitvice Lakes park,...

    It's the best place if you want to walk Plitvice Lakes park, in my case I stayed 3 days because I like walking almost every path 😊. If you're a fast walker you can do the park in just one day but it's better to take your time, that place is dreamy. Plitvica Selo is a tiny location where you can go to the park via entrance #3 where you can avoid loooooong lines waiting.

    The location is amazing.

    The location is amazing. The lookout at the top of the main park waterfall is a short walk from the premises. The quiet serenity of the area is remarkable. Getting up early for a walk in the misty paths was a true treasure. The room is truly comfortable and homely with all amenities required. Host Ante is a great cook and also shared ideas and things to do with our upcoming stays in Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik, which helps a lot in especially choosing a restaurant. I would truly recommend this stay. It is a great location.

    If you like walking, this is a superb place to start your tour of Plitvicka Lakes park away from the crowds and queues. Our host gave us excellent viewing and access advice. Easy to walk to a nearby restaurant. Good-sized apartment with all we needed and a nice outlook.
