The stay was incredible. The staff was super friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The place is spotless, very clean and well-maintained. Loved that the hotel is super traditional and offers temazcal, a very authentic Guatemalan sauna experience. Staff were great organizing a guide for a sunrise hike up to the Mayan nose viewpoint. They were also super accommodating about having to change dates twice. Really enjoyed their typical Guatemalan breakfast as well.

Hotel was good for the value paid, very friendly and helpful staff. We came for the IRTRA parks, for 3 days, and the hotel was really worthy. Swimming pool is a plus and my kids enjoyed it at the end of the day. Breakfast was included and it was ok for the money.
