From the first day until our last in the hotel the staff was always responsive to our needs, always asking if we needed anything, very friendly from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. Very clean private beach, spotless sand, quick sunbed service and comfortable sunbeds. Rooms with a high quality standard, modern and always clean. both breakfast and dinner were varied, for all tastes and from all international cuisines. We also want to mention Liana, from the guest relations service. She was so great with us. Ask her about anything you want or can do in the hotel or outside the hotel. She will help you with everything! For sure we will come back to Nautilux!

Service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond making excellent recommendations and providing an amazing spread for breakfast. Panoramic oof top breakfasts were delicious and varied day to day. The chef was very proud of her creations and you could taste it!

Dear team of The Amalen Suites. I would like to say thank you for our stay. I work in the hospitality and luxury industry and I was really surprised to find this kind of hospitality and this quality of service in your place. I appreciate all the detals founded in your room, it’s very personnalized. (Until the embroidery on the sheets, and towels) and thanks for the equipments and the good bedding!! As a hotelier, I couldn't fault the service by the team with very high quality room standards. Excellent views and location,what a bonus. The breakfast was exceptional with different eggs each morning served along with a great buffet selection.

Excellent modern - antique design! Beautiful in every detail! Very helpful staff (Tonia) with a lot of information and addresses, even though we did not meet in person during our two day visit. We got the entrance code and everything else was easy. We had an impression that the whole building is just for us. Unlimited access to coffee, water, fruits, etc. Simply perfect!

    Prines is a lovely, quiet little village only a 10 minute drive away from the busy city of Rethymno. If you want peace and quiet, Prines delivers. There is a small shop/mini-market, a pharmacy, and a couple of fantastic tavernas. There's nothing else to say other than it's very traditional and quiet and it's only a 2 minute drive away from Atsipopoulo, which is a slightly larger village with more bars and tavernas.
