We had a really lovely week with our 9 month old baby in a junior suite (with pool). The room was lovely, and worked perfectly for us with a baby, allowing us to relax during her naps. The main pool area is gorgeous too. The food was excellent, at the time of our stay it was a buffet but we were told they are going back to à la carte. The complimentary massage was a very nice extra and we rated the spa highly. The location is great, on the edge of Elounda. We walked in to the town which is doable along a lane (unlit) but easier when not baking hot. Taxis are easy and affordable. The hotel private beach is lovely and the shuttle to get there works extremely well. The staff are a true asset to this hotel. They really go above and beyond are are so so friendly and kind. They made us so welcome and were exceptionally lovely to our baby. Special mention to the guys running the breakfast, dinner and bar! A further special mention to Athina running the kids club who was wonderful! All in all: a gorgeous and calm boutique-y all inclusive hotel/villas and we would certainly return.

right from the entrance to the hotel I was greeted nicely, the reception staff behaved very nicely, they explained very nicely about all the conditions in the room and the hotel. The staff at the restaurant behaved exceptionally, the food and drinks very good.

Outstanding Service and Amazing Staff ! We had a wonderful stay at the hotel – everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. But what truly made the experience special was the incredible staff. Irinny helped us when we had an issue with our transportation – she immediately took action, made phone calls, and made sure we got the help we needed.
