The sea front executive suites are amazing, the sun set for your own private pool is something exceptional, just go for it... Our experience at Nalu resort&spa was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located right in front of a beautiful, clean beach—just a few steps from the room, which made our stay incredibly relaxing. The staff was warm, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of delicious options every morning. We also loved how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beachside escape with great service and comfort. We will definitely come back!

We loved the cultivated environment (garden, trees, grass, flowers) . The hotel has very good private beach. The materials used for the construction are high valued (a lot of lime stone). The capacity not to be overcrowded. We had breakfast and dinner, waste of quality food.

It was an authentic top hospitality experience. Beautiful location between the greek mountains in a peaceful atmosphere. You can wonder around The original restored stones buildings of the hotel with its plush garden full of flowers and grown vegetables and fruits , the terrace view of the room on the mountains and the sunset makes the stay so special . When you enter the breakfast room it greets you with freshly baked Greek sweet and sour pastries. The toailetries in the bathroom are made from Greek herbs/oils and smell amazing. The pool is very clean and the loungers are well placed all around. It’s a perfect place to get away from the crowded tourist locations.

One of the best hotels where I had the opportunity to stay. Everything was excellent. I would like to especially mention the staff who make every guest feel like a VIP, also the food that was very delicious and of high quality throughout all our stay (food assortment was huge), and of course, the design of the hotel. We loved everything about our stay at Uzenie Hotel! From the first day it felt so easy and comfortable to be there: the staff are just amazing, always smiling, super friendly and ready to help with anything. Upon arrival we were told that the best thing about the hotel is the people working there and I couldn’t agree more. Our room with a private pool was perfect. Big, clean, stylish, everything is new. The whole hotel looks new and it feels really nice just to walk around. The food was great as well, both breakfast and dinner buffets were so tasty with lots of choice. Honestly the best food we had on the island was here at the hotel restaurant haha The beach is beautiful and very clean. We also tried yoga in the morning by the sea and it was such a cool experience. You can tell the hotel does everything to make guests happy. After this stay we went to another 5 star hotel in Crete and it was not even close to Uzenie. This place is really special and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. If you can book it, do it.

Breakfast was excellent, lady behind the counter makes fresh products all the time. At the reception the ladies were really nice. Personnel, specially at the pool bar/restaurant made our day, one place where i would like to go again. The level of their restaurant is one of the best we had during our three week stay in the island, just marvelous cuisine.
