Very nice, clean big house, 2 families could fit in easily. The lady who gave us the key and cleaned the house was really nice and willing to help with anything. it is in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to the sea and Sami center.

The facilities were great, comfortable and well maintained. Our apartment (Hibiscus) was displayed on two floors with the living room first floor and bedrooms (3) on ground floor. Having the bedrooms down was a grate thing for the temperature- we did not use the AC at all. Also the kitchen had everything you might need for a holiday.

Akis is a prefect host, he makes everything to let you enjoy the vacation. In the common space you can even find sunbeds, seats, umbrella, swimming mask, cool bag. The location is perfect, 10 min from Myrthos and Sami. Agia Effimia is full of good restaurants/taverna and there are even 3 super markets! Definitely recommended

    The area we stayed in was very quiet.

    The area we stayed in was very quiet. There was a beautiful restaurant on the sea front and a bakery nearby but that's it. Sami has lots of bars, shops and restaurants and is a twenty minute walk along the scenic sea front. I think to take advantage of the island you need to hire a car.

    Strategic location in the middle of the island - everything is close. Quiet and clean village with a good bakery close to the hotel (with breakfasts and a good coffee). And mainly - Antisamos Beach is just 15 minutes drive from Karavomylos. It's for sure the best beach in Kefalonia, don't look for any other. Sun beds for free, restaurant with a great food and a perfect coffee (+ very friendly staff), white pebbles beach and a lot of places for parking.

    Karavomylos is a beautiful location by the sea.

    Karavomylos is a beautiful location by the sea. The thoroughfare has shops and all amenities you would need. The area by the water is just stunning and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Our favourite place to eat is at the Karavomylos Taverna, where Georgios and his staff make you feel very welcome. The food in incredible! Karavomylos is a wonderful location to stay with its proximity to many attractions.

    Lovely spacious clean apartment with incredible views and an excellent coffee maker! Hosts were very kind in allowing us a late checkout. Just a short walk from Melissani cave and in a gorgeous, peaceful spot. Karavomylos square was just a few minutes walk away, as were a number of small pretty beaches.

    Small, but luxury apartment. On walking distance of one of the most famous tourist attractions of Kefalonia, the cave lake. Beach on walking distance, but this was not the nicest beach. Antisamos beach, a big, beautiful and famous beach on a 15 minutes drive from the apartment.

    The house and host are amazing. There is everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Location is very near to Sami and some places to eat in Karavomylos. It is quiet and clean. Comfortable beds, a lot of balconies, just all you need for perfect vacation.
