The villas are located in the Perfect location. Lots of parking spots and the villas are extremely neat and clean! The pool so gorgeous and was a huge plus point. Rest assured, the pool is cleaned eveyday! The staff was extremely polite and very helpful in booking a boat tour or recommend beaches! The staff are responsive specially a beautiful lady at the reception named "Zografina" who ensured our trip was extemely cozy and comfortable. Everything was luxurious about this villa! The complimentary breakfast basket was the best as we could enjoy it eveyday by the pool! It’s a must to stay here if you are planning to go to Mykonos Thank you Ftelia for the amazing experience and looking forward to come back soon!!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The location was perfect—convenient yet calm, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The design of the place was beautiful, and I loved the view ! Everything was spotless and clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, from the hotel staff to the rich breakfast that changes from day to day. One of the best hotels and places on Mykonos with good prices and one of the best hotels I've been to. I definitely recommend it. :)

The villa is spacious and cosy! We had a wonderful family time by enjoying beautiful landscapes around. Tue hosts were very accommodating and helpful, they organized for us the car rental, brought us to the grocery store with their car, shared produce from their garden and organized many useful things for us.

Very nice staff, pickup and dropoff at the ferry port for free. Rooms very clean and new. Very nice shower! Walking to Mykonos town possible but quite a walk. Bus drops you off in front of the hotel. Local buses are very convenient. We highly recommend.

Location is great - very close to 2 nice beaches, which are walking distance, but hotel offers free shuttles any time on request which was very convenient. Breakfast is more like a dinner here with extreme level of variety of food, hot dishes, a lot of local specialties, fresh juices etc. - really great! Free daily supply of still water bottles in a room is a nice touch. Bus stop is in front of hotel and each 30 minutes you can get into town and back in 10 minutes for less than 2 eur (taxi will cost around 35 eur). Staff is incredible, you will always feel welcome and like at home. Pool area is also nice and views from hotel are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!

    We (family of 4) spent five great days at Afroditi Ftelia, a charming place with a great host. We love the personal contact and friendliness of the owner Afroditi and her family. The apartment offers everything for a family and we loved the backyards and cosi atmosphere. All beaches, supermarket and bakeries are close by. Recommended to have your own car to explore the island. Will definitely come back.

    We loved everything about our stay in Mykonos. Hotel esthetics beyond expectations. Good location, stylish rooms with private pool and amazing staff all around. Definitely worth the visit , highly recommended, we will definitely come back as we love Mykonos and it’s lifestyle. Ftelia Black Villas rock!

    This place is in an excellent location and the view of Ftelia beach is amazing! The bed was super comfortable and the host was lovely. The bathroom was small and the shower a little tricky to navigate but all in all, we had a great time here and I would definitely stay here again.

    Before i came here Ftelia was my go to area because of the Alemagou beach. Now i stay practically above and beyond that with that fantastic view that villa have to offer! Everything more than i expected, the feeling was very pleasant, as if you were going home, but on vacation.

    Everything was perfect! As Advice, it would be better to rent car or motorcycle, because there aren’t taxis, it is difficult to find and the prices are expensive. From the hotel to the most important spots in Mykonos, it’s easier and faster to reach by own car.
