We had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxation. The property features a large swimming pool, a barbecue area, and a spacious garden – everything you need to unwind and enjoy your time. The house itself is very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The pool is cleaned regularly, and if you need the house cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged without any extra cost. Both the house and the pool are cleaned regularly and free of charge, which is a big plus. Inside, you’ll find everything you could possibly need: a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, iron, oven, induction hob, a large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, and a kettle. Everything was in great working condition. It’s truly an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, and we would happily come back. The owner is an absolutely wonderful person – always available, very caring, and truly makes sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. For us, everything was 10/10!

Great location right in the middle of Alikanas. Very close to restaurants, pubs, shops and beach is 10min. walking distance. Owner lady was very nice and helpful. Apartment is brand new with all you would ever need to stay for a few days.

- The room was great and clean - Changing towels and cleaning every 2 days - Very close to the sea, but at the same time you could not hear the sound from the street - Daniel is a wonderful person, answers very quickly, helps if you need anything - Daniel helped with airport transfer, recommended their family restaurant were was delicious food, recommended of car rental etc I recommended to everyone! 🤗

We had the most wonderful stay in Zakynthos! Our host Athina was truly the best we’ve ever had – so kind, thoughtful, and always making sure we had everything we needed. She really went above and beyond, which made our holiday feel so comfortable and special. The accommodation itself was fantastic, but the absolute highlight was the private pool – we loved spending time there every day. Everything about the place made us feel at home, and we honestly loved it all. We can’t thank Athina enough for her hospitality, and we’d come back here in a heartbeat!

Absolute perfection. Having stayed at a number of great places in North Zakynthos in the last 3 years nowhere comes close. Stunning new villas with the most incredible view. Being higher up in the mountains the vantage point is simply stunning - topped off with a huge infinity pool. Wake up early and watch the sunrise! The outside terrace space is huge with a clay pizza oven and a separate bbq. I messaged our host Giota asking for wood for the pizza oven and it was delivered within an hour. Inside the villa is super stylish, with everything you could possibly need - a smart TV, Comfy sofa, dishwasher, washing machine, super comfy beds, Nespresso machine, electric blinds etc We went with our 15 month old and had a great cot / high chair delivered. It's a 15 minute drive to Agios Nikolaos with loads of great restaurants, and the same time to some little beaches we found off the tourist maps (Agriosikia / Climati). 5 minutes away is Volimes with a number of restaurants, bakery, mini mart etc. It's honestly perfection. Well done for creating such a special place! And thanks Giota - a great host!

    Exo Chora is a small traditional Greek village.

    Exo Chora is a small traditional Greek village. It is not a conventional tourist location and that's its attraction. It's quiet, friendly and has only a small mini-mart and a taverna close to the village's claim to fame - a 2000 year old olive tree. From Exo Chora it's easy by car to get to the numerous tavernas that specialise in offering views of the spectacular sunsets. The most famous of these is The Cross - booking highly advised. If you don't like heights, you should perhaps give this one a miss. Exo Chora is also close to Porto Vromi Maries from where you can take the boat tour of the Blue Caves - certainly worth doing. The larger village 5 minutes South of Exo Chora is Agios Leon and here you can find a bakery, a larger market and 4 or 5 tavernas.
