The guesthouse is recently renovated, with great taste both inside and outside, materials used seem to be of very high quality. Bathroom is very spacious, beds are comfy (although they are more on the sturdy side, but this is something we like). They cleaned our room every 2 days, during our stay towels were changed twice, and sheets once. The room had a balcony with a lovely sea view, and especially enjoyable summer breeze in the evening. There is a tavern next to the guesthouse where we enjoyed delicious greek food, the tavern is open from 8am to 10pm. The prices are moderate for 2024 (souvlaki 8 euros, moussaka as well, fish and other sea food ranges from 10 to 16 euros). Since it's situated right across Skiathos, there is a water taxi that goes from Katigiorgis harbor which is 15mins away by car. The price for water taxi is 20 euros per person per way, and usually it goes twice within every hour. Overall we had a really pleasant stay and we will definitely return sooner rather than later.

We loved everything. What a team, everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was delicious, loads of choice and very relaxed. Our room was always spotless when we returned from breakfast. Looking forward to staying again.

I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect! I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy his time in Skiathos. The location is perfect as it is close to the beach and the bus station. In addition the hosts are great people it was a pleasure for us to meet them as they were always at our disposal for any assistance or help that we needed

The accommodation was fantastic. Reasonable rates too. Shampoo/shower gel, loo roll, soap, mossie repellant plug in and even washing up liquid were there. The cleaning girl came every day to empty bins. Clean towels and bedding changed numerous times. The owner Anna Maria, and host were always around for any information. The beaches were fabulous and dozens of lovely tavernas with very reasonable prices. All though all these are very close, I would honestly say a car would be a bonus to help with the incline to the apartment although only a 5 minute hike up. Well worth it though for the sea views. The bus system is cheap for getting around for only a few euros. We will definitely return

Villa Kavourakia is an excellent choice for anyone looking for accommodation in a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful nature. It stands out with its breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the island landscape. The atmosphere of the entire property, with its lovely garden, is very welcoming and pleasant. The villa's location is ideal – set on a hill in a quiet, tranquil area, yet very close to several beautiful beaches, a bus stop, and a small shop. The studio itself is well equipped, and the balcony overlooks a lovely, picturesque valley, offering valuable shade for almost the entire day. The host is kind, helpful, and always ready to give advice or assistance. We warmly recommend staying at Villa Kavourakia.

Zina has a beautiful house and incredible garden.She has welcomed us there and provided us with jam, fruits, and water, which was quite welcoming after the flight and heat. We were 4 adults and 1 child and had enough space (2 bedrooms plus one extra cot). The kitchen was well equipped with everything, so you can do your own cooking if you want. Air conditioning and wifi were very good, and she helped with the cleaning daily - you decide together when and how. In the evenings, you can sit in the porch/ hammock, or you can go by foot to some of the taverns nearby (Jasteri being 10 min away). Overall, we had a very nice experience and felt as if at home. Thank you, Zina, for everything!

    We absolutely loved staying here, the owners were so warm and welcoming, it was excellent hospitality. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s so beautiful and a 1 minute walk and you are on the beach, 30 seconds and you are relaxing in the pool. A beautiful slice of paradise. The tavernas next to the sea served v delicious food. The atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly. We spent long lazy days on the beach cooling off in the crystal clear water. A perfect location.
