Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. We arrived very early - room was ready so we were able to check in straight away and we were even offered a free breakfast. Excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel, shame we only stayed one night.

New hotel, spacious, in centre of Mestia, so modern and nice. Warm and cozy, furniture perfect, bed like from heaven and the owners are more than super friendly (they helped us with everything in Mestia). Bathroom is perfect, warm water in 2 seconds. Very nice balkony for coffee in the morning

The hotel is in a quiet location only a short walk to the main street shops and restaurants. The room was a good size and was pleasant. Our room had a side view of the town but others would be better. Giorgi our host was friendly and helpful for a special request.The power went out after storms and he and the staff did all they could to make breakfast still nice.

Perfect accommodation. Central, shops, restaurants. From the bus station towards Kutaisi, it's about a 7-minute walk. Be careful: there is also an Ailama Guesthouse (not a Hotel!), but in the opposite direction. Comfortable bed, cleanliness, new, balcony, refrigerator. Coffee machine, kettle (tea) in the common dining room. Each room is accessible by stairs, there are several floors, ladies manage it, you carry your luggage up yourself. Breakfast is adequate, with several types of food, but unfortunately not "Georgian" and it is not very available before 9:00. For earlier departures (buses to Kutaisi, for example, leave at 8:00 in the morning) they give you a food package.

It's a beautiful, modern hotel with a large garden and great view to the mountains, a lovely dog, a good breakfast, a good room, a comfortable bed, a large bathroom, a quiet location and it's close to the centre. I would love to come back!

Amazing breakfast from 9 till 11. Nice city view (mountain). Good and friendly staff. Hotel met my expectations. The room is comfy and clean, it has a desk, suitable for working on a laptop, wifi is ok. I have no complains.
