The staff helped us with everything we needed and help with organizing tours etc. The chalet was great and met all our needs. We spent a lot of time at home because of the lack of snow, so the unlimited free firewood was a nice plus. It's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the beginner hill/lift. Overall a great stay.

The touch of Hospitality example first day that we arrived and wanted to go for groceries shopping. The owner himself that drive drown with his car to groceries shop. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sapphire Bakuriani Hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The location is fantastic, in a quiet part of Bakuriani yet still within easy reach of the ski slopes. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible dining experience at the hotel’s on-site Italian restaurant. The food was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better combo of comfort, great service, and amazing meals. it definitely made my stay memorable!
