Owner cant speak english The single bed is extremely small as if it is for a child The double bed is also not comfortable The sofa bed is just ok and next to kitchen The heating also very old and sometimes idle making the floor extremely cold The facilities in the kitchen is also not in good condition Overall it has limited space but wide parking space

Excellent new hotel in the heart of Borjomi, built with much taste and great care. Staff are really nice and attentive. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and with very nice views. Breakfast is also very good and complete. Borjomi itself is worth a visit.

Excellent hotel with a magnificent view from the terrace to the beautiful mountains. The staff is beyond praise, who greets guests as if they were his family! Staying at the King David Hotel in Bakuriani felt like visiting family! This family-owned gem truly stands out for its heartfelt hospitality and personal touch. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the owner herself. It’s rare to find a hotel where the owners are so hands-on, and it made our experience so much more special. The hotel exudes a cozy, homey charm, and very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the ambiance was peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Bakuriani, with easy access to the ski slopes and local attractions. Highly recommended!!!

The private spa facility was a bonus. Location was central. Staff helped with carrying luggage as there is no lift. Best khinkali and pepperoni pizza. Good breakfast. Help with tours. Lady at the reception was helpful. We could park our car inside.

Absolutely loved this place! It’s super cozy and feels just like home. The owners are such kind, friendly people — they made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the forest, but still super easy to get to. Everything was spotless and beautifully kept. Just a perfect little escape — can’t wait to come back!
