this is a really lovely pub in a wonderful location and perfect for a Thames walker. I was lucky enough to have a room looking out over the river it was beautiful, and excellent staff

We asked for a late check out and not a problem, we were flying from T2 so couldn't get any closer other than sleeping on the floor in terminal. Can't wait for our next holiday as will be staying there again

Great hotel for an overnight stay. Easy to find, staff friendly and helpful. They were even happy to store an extra bag we didn’t need till we got back from Europe a few weeks later. Room and bed very comfortable.

My room was lovely with a view over the river, it was very comfortable and adequate for my requirements however my preference is always to have a separate shower from the bath (or no bath at all) for reasons of safety and ease of access. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, you couldn't have asked for more. I so much enjoyed eating the delicious choice of foods at a table with a view! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The room was nice, clean, and warm. I was glad that the room was nicely warm as the weather was cold outside and I just had dinner in another nearby hotel with my colleague (who chose to stay there), and that place was super cold, so it was definitely nice to arrive to a warm hotel room. I also appreciated that it was equipped with an iron and ironing board. I must say, that every single staff member was exceptional!!! I don't recall having such a good experience with staff ever. I was missing a converter from the EU to the UK plug and everyone did their best efforts to help me out. THANK YOU! Small things like this matter!
