The reception and wait staff were excellent. They always made sure everything was ok with your stay. The food at Gino’s was top notch, as was the service. The view from my room was spectacular; a view of the Tyne and bridges. Great Location.

It is an excellent modern hotel. Very good breakfast and Wifi. Central location. The hotel staff was extremely caring making everybody happy. Particularly outstanding was Victoria at the front desk who helped us with numerous inquiries, and went out of her way to help my partner with exploring a place for a hair cut/ hair coloring needed before an upcoming wedding. Excellent stay.

The room, the en-suite and the furniture was great. The bed large and very comfortable. Many pillows provided. The TV was very good (but didn't use it much). The en-suite was excellent and there were both a shower and a bath tub. I used both, and was very pleased also with the variety of towels and soaps provided. The breakfast was fantastic. A very large selection of food and drinks to choose from, and all of a very high quality!

We went for lunch in the Cosy Dove around the corner.

We went for lunch in the Cosy Dove around the corner. It was excellent. Apart from that we used the house as a base to go out in the city centre. We did walk there and back - about 25 minutes across the park.

Immaculately presents property with all the essentials...

Immaculately presents property with all the essentials property’s such as kitchen utensils and even milk in the fridge for our arrival. Dee the host was fantastic and kept in regular contact before our stay.

Great fair and attractions.

Great fair and attractions. Jesmond is close by with pubs and eateries in walking distance- overall a lovely wee place to visit. Fat Hippo is a must - good value for money and delicious food for couples and families alike.
