Rooms were lovely and comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was lovely - we are vegan but there were lots of different options we really enjoyed trying. The breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful. I hope to visit again soon!

Staff are always extremely helpful and once again staying at Grafton Manor was the highlight of my trip. My first visit was 40 years agon when Stephen met me on the steps! All of the staff was really welcoming and incredibly helpful all the way, 10 out of 10! The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the heating worked well. Everything was clean. Ample free parking and nice green surroundings. The hotel does not offer breakfast but there is a local cafe and there is also a shopping area nearby with a Costa and an M&S cafe offering great breakfast / lunch. I didnt try to local cafe as it opened a bit too late for me.

This is a hotel, at the side of a very old golf course in the Lickey Hills. It has no bar, but the rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is in the golf club house at the rear. This is no chain hotel - celebrate it's independence and charm, there aren't many left.

Great hotel for board only,knew this in advance.was very good value for money,excellent welcome,free parking. Of course a bar and food option would be good,but do understand it may not be feasible Overall a good choice,with nearby amenities 👍🏽

The room and bedding was very comfortable. Nice quiet room, pretty good Wi-Fi coverage etc. The grounds are stunning and there are lovely walks close to the hotel that you can take with good views of the city, also close to the golf course.
