However the soap dispenser was empty, the toilet was broken, lights in both the bathroom and main room were not working, electric socket were not working and television reception was appalling so could not be watched! Obviously the room 'had not been checked by anyone' for some time which is worrying. My partner and I visited Maidstone for a date night evening and the location is so central to Maidstone east station and the town centre. Communication with hosts were superb. The small garden patio area is a nice touch and will be coming back throughout the year. Definitely a home away from home.
