Kirkmichael is a hamlet situated on the River Ardle. In the village are a few lodgings, a restaurant and a small local shop. The village is situated on the road between Blairgowrie and Pitlochry. Ken & Moira were very friendly and gave great tips that ensured we got the best from our time there. We ate in Kirkmichael at the local hotel for our first night and again on our third as the food was so good. Although we left our small dog at home for this trip, we quickly found out that dogs were more than welcome at the B&B as well as all the restaurants we visited.
