Hotel has an amazing heritage vibe. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is great, we had of our meals during the stay in the hotel itself. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had a great time here and would visit again

The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble the rooms and hotel were cosy ,and toasty warm ,much needed in December in the highlands I will definitely be returning. The food was excellent,we had dinner new years eve and a few more nights the quality was consistent throughout.

Very tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast with its large selection of cereals, breads, pastries and fruit is more than enough to set you up for the morning. We will definitely book No 10 on our next visit.

Stayed here one night, and it was lovely. Fiona is a wonderful host, the room was cosy, the breakfast was amazing and the location with a short walk in to town was great. We got a message from Fiona with possible dining places in town, and made a reservation based on that -really good. The honesty bar in the lounge was a really nice touch. We loved it.

    Beautiful cottage with all the amenities.

    Beautiful cottage with all the amenities. Lovely grounds with so many extras at no charge including bicycles, archery, fishing and free drinks in the walled garden summerhouse. Excellent WiFi but terrible tv reception only drawback. Great base to visit places like Tain, Dornoch and even John O Groats. Really good pub only half a mile away for good food and refreshments also the local golf clubs do good food at reasonable prices.
