My husband and I had the most amazing stay at the Grand in Birmingham. The hotel is fantastic and has been renovated beautifully. All the staff were good but we need to make a special mention to Isatou kassama; who was the lovely, smiley and super professional every time we spend some time in the Madeleine bar. Thank you Isatou kassama for making our stay so special.

The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. Exceeded expectation. Wonderful room with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were lovely and the hotel was clean,cosy and perfectly decorated. We will definitely stay again and I've told my friends to stay here too. Loved it.
