Great location, not far from the town center. The facilities were excellent, the owner thought about everything you need as a guest. We also got home made biscuits, tea and milk as a welcome, which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was 10/10, tasty and freshly cooked. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. The farm itself was very nice and the area was well maintained. It is easy to see that the owners really take care of the guest house to make us, guests, feel welcome 😀. I will happily come back in my next visit to Cornwall and would recommend it to my friends 👍.

Everything. The room was quite big and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and the bed was just perfect. Also the staff was amazing. The owner is an amazing host and a very nice cook (and bread maker!!). Breakfast was great. Highly recommended

Bude & probably a lot of South-West of England is difficult to get to with public transport, so one needs to have or rent a car. It does have lovely coastal and beach walks & ample people surfing. some nice cafes and restaurants.

The Bude canal walk with our dog was great, and the varied shops in Bude were excellent as were the eating places in and around Bude. Widemouth is worth a visit - not far away - we had an excellent meal at the Bay View Inn and saw the sunset from there

The parking is a bit pricey, crooklets car park £4.60 for 2 hours, tried to book a table at Brandon arms,phoned on Tuesday day time,to book,said for 2 people,said 7 pm was booked,offered 4.45 pm or 8.45,didn't go tried again on Thursday day time same request,told no tables but only at 4.45 or 8.45,what a coincidence I thought,then it clicked,if I ordered a table for 4 or more I would have got a table at 7pm,in my book I call it ,owner being greedy and choosey,manager appeared arrogant and not friendly

Bude - what a beautiful place!

Bude - what a beautiful place! Great for surfers, beach-goers, walkers, shoppers and pasty lovers. Ideal for both families and couples. Lovely atmosphere at night, and some nice eating and drinking places. Tidal pools were a bonus and lovely for a relaxing swim. Just an hour away from Padstow, Boscastle, Tintagel and Hartland Abbey.

I love the sea pool at Bude, it's the main attraction for me. It's a beautiful location and even has hooks to hang your things! My partner likes the beautiful scenery and the shops. There is a great bakery that does gluten free cream teas that we always like to visit.

Bude is great.

Bude is great. A childhood holiday destination, with lots of memories attached, and somewhere we’ve returned to with our own children. Great beaches, bakeries selling delicious Cornish pasties, quaint gift shops, and within easy driving distance of Rock, Padstow, Bodmin, Tintagel, Clovelly and The Eden Project.

Everything was superb: Location (minutes from the beach, bude castle and coastal walk), double bedroom with a generous ensuite, plenty of wardrobe space, free on site parking, tea/coffee facilities, excellent breakfast included in the price, friendly staff, view of the canal, well maintained hotel gardens (with the bonus of a roof garden). Minutes from excellent restaurants and the high street. very good value for money. Would stay again.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious (we received an upgrade, which was appreciated). Our room overlooked the beach - beautiful view. The highlight, though, was fantastic food at the in-hotel dining room, both for dinner and for breakfast. No need to eat anywhere else in Bude!

A beautiful campsite with very lovely hosts, you won’t want to leave. The staff are all dog lovers who looked after our pup very well. The location is perfect to travel into Bude or other destinations in Cornwall. The hosts couldn’t have done more. We’d love to go back!
