The food !!! You won't want to dine anywhere else, the service was so good and the food was so fresh and tasty. We had the attic room. So quaint and lovely and warm. The staff are all so lovely and friendly.

What an impressive flat! Pictures don't do it justice, it's a beautiful hidden gem. Enchanting entrance opens to a spacious, relaxing place where you have everything you could possibly need. Lovely decor, high end linens.

It's so cosy and exactly what you' expect in a town as nice as Hawick. Perfect location right in the middle of town and everything you need inside with a very comfy bed. Maggie was fantastic with her communication and we had no problems at all. Definitely going to revisit when travelling through the borders.

Easy parking outside The property is the best presented on the street, easy to access as ground floor . Clear that the owners have spent a good bit of money to make it modern and comfortable Bread, milk, coffee, eggs, sugar all provided for free. Has a fancy nescafe coffee maker too so I made a couple lattes. Super quiet and peaceful. Tv and WiFi all good
