Ideally located in the centre of the city with a very friendly team and excellent amenities including gym, bar/restaurant and beautiful very comfortable rooms. The team have thought of every little thing to make this a really special place to stay - it very much lives up to its name of hometel rather than just a hotel.

The staff were beyond exceptionall. Yasmine at front desk, Pete and Paul at concierge, Brian in the dining room. Absolutely brilliant. I have stayed at more than 100 hotels in the past 10 years from Argentina to Japan and this property is doing everything right. Also, I want to say thank you for their kindness in accommodating my family's situation when my father got very ill. Thank you.

Proximity to eateries and City Centre. Outstanding reception staffs. A special acknowledgement to Ciara at the reception. For his prompt response to our complaint on the mal-function of heater in our bathroom..Greatly appreciate her immediate placement of a portable heater and alerted maintenance the following day. Louisa's patience and great assistance in helping to arrange a time tour of the day that tailors to our need. Alex's graciously tagged and allows our luggage to be stored until when we are ready to collect on the later part of the day.

    An interesting city to visit.

An interesting city to visit. Two aspects are the historical development of the economy to result in the productive might which built the Titanic and the complexity of the issues which resulted in the "troubles" and have fortunately continued to the current peaceful status of the community. Long may both aspects continue. We ate at the dirty Onion restaurant, The Himalayan restaurant in Belfast south and Tim Hortons for coffee. Getting around Belfast is easy with the U series bus routes, (with helpful drivers) the "Glider" and the train from Lanyon Place to Botanic.

It was my grandson birthday gift as he has always been interested about the history of the titanic he made a ship of the titanic at school and it is still on display at the school my daughter took my grandson on the tour of the titanic so I had a few hours to my self I went into Belfast city as it was walking distance from our apartment I meet up with my family and we had a meal at the chip restaurant I ordered a starter course of mussels for myself and grandson they were in a garlic sauce and for our main meal we had fish and chips the staff were Very friendly and nothing was a problem for them I would recommend other to try this restaurant we all went on the hop on hop of bus I got very emotional when we got to the shankill road when I seen all the face on the wall and the histery behind it thank god it's not like that to day if I had to go back to Belfast I would book up for longer as 4days wasn't enough

Great attractions, 'would recommend the Titanic experience and the Giant's Causeway - @ an hours drive. 'City bus tour is a good introduction to the many tours available. I would return to spend more time in the city centre: lots of shops, interesting buildings, lots of choice for those looking to eat out. So many interesting places to visit and so little time. Taxi's are a good way of getting around, frequent and reasonably priced. The people were grand.

Of all our stops during our three-week tour of the Emerald...

Of all our stops during our three-week tour of the Emerald Isle we were just a little anxious about Belfast, what with its history of "The Troubles" and it's being a larger city. After three days there we can heartily recommend a visit there. We loved taking an informative, moving "Black Taxi Tour" of the Peace Walls and the "Checkpoint Charlies." We felt safe enough that we drove back there later to see more of the Catholic and Protestant neighborhoods. Another highlight for us was the Ulster Museum, which had outstanding exhibits including a section devoted to The Troubles. For us, three days was just the right amount of time to see so many things Belfast had to offer.

I was there to do a parkrun which was fun.

I was there to do a parkrun which was fun. I flew into Belfast City airport which has good transport links to the city centre. I had limited time after the parkrun so visited the excellent HMS Caroline which is near the over hyped Titanic experience. There was a disappointingly obvious legacy of sectarianism in the area I stayed so I wouldn't stay in the bonfire season - Mid June to mid August
